Villa Royal Florence

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Florence for a weekend prior to my wedding. The hotel had a lovely Italian villa feel, with beautiful gardens filled with flowers and trees. The rooms were spacious and classically decorated, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The hotel was conveniently located, with a 10-minute walk to the famous Duomo and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The pool area was an amazing oasis, perfect for relaxing in the heat. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, situated in a non-touristic area with many great local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The room amenities are excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The pool and garden area are lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay. I had a perfect 10/10 experience here, everything was really good, the location was perfect adjacent to downtown and restaurants and centre. Great service, although a few employees were not particularly welcoming.

The hotel is located close enough to the centre for sightseeing, but not in the touristy areas nearer the centre. It is also conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days.

The hotel charges for parking and use of the pool, which can be a downside for some guests.

I also loved having a pool to cool off in during the summer heat. It was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi was only available on the ground floor and not in the rooms upstairs. It would have been a lot more convenient if the Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the entire hotel.

My room at Villa Royal was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful design and comfortable bed. The location was also great, as it was easily walkable to many museums and close to the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke multiple languages, which made communication a breeze. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including eggs, potatoes, sausages, and delicious croissants. The hotel lobby was also gorgeous, and the complimentary make-your-own espresso and cappuccino machine was a nice touch. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only issue I encountered was the inability to control the air conditioner/heating system from my room, which became slightly inconvenient during my stay. Additionally, I was not aware that using the pool would require an additional fee until after making my reservation.

Convenient location, large parking, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, beautiful garden, high-quality rooms.
